why golden kid? because i'm precious and i love anakmas bahahaha :D. just like Mocca said, do what you wanna do ; say what you wanna say. don't concern so much about what people say and don't try to make everyone happy or you'll go crazy XD

movie world: it’s all about fun fun and fun!

This is the last day of my trip in Aussie! Feel sad for sure, but also very excited for today’s agenda: Movie world! Movie world is a theme park from warner bros, provided us with characters from DC comics, looney tunes, Scooby doo, even Marilyn Monroe! Movie world is located in the Gold Coast, Australia. This theme park is not much different from other theme parks like dufan in Jakarta, universal studio, or Disneyland, but this one has specific characters inside like I was said before. The theme of shows and rides here are also taken from those characters, fun!

We arrived at around 10.30 am, and we could see many people at the gate waiting for their adventure, just like us, including some other Indonesians :D. entering the gate, I directly could see two of the most challenging rides here, the green lantern coaster and the superman escape. Personally I could not wait to be on it, yet freaking out at the same time lol. Because we came here as a part of the tour, our tour leader wanted us to see two main shows in the movie world, the stuntman show (forgot what is the exact name) and the 4D cinema show, journey to the center of the earth. The first show, I think it’s pretty much the same with the police academy show at Ancol, but this one is specific on the car scenes from the stuntman. There are loads of amazing actions, surprising maneuvers, gasoline smell, smoke, sound of brakes, and even fire!  I could not stop my ‘woow’ to see all those actions, such a great show! The 4D cinema show is taken from the scenes on journey to the center of the earth film. For you that have been watching this film must know that there are lots of tense and surprising scenes, and yeah don’t forget the dinosaur part! So no wonder this 4D cinema is full of shaking, and wet lol. The parts of being chased by the dinosaur and falling inside the volcano are the most tense and shaky for me, but it was totally fun! Overall, these 2 shows were so much fun, and definitely must see shows on the movie world! :D

the uber cute tweety and bugs bunny <3

Done with the shows, here it comes the free time! My sister and I really could not wait to run and try all the thrilling rides, but then the hard rain pouring, damn it! A bit pissed of with the rain, but didn’t see any other choices, then my family decided to just have lunch first while waiting for the rain to stopped. And beside those two big shows, movie world also has many small shows at the center of the park, like batman shows and Marilyn Monroe dancing shows. They also have photo sessions you can have with the characters inside the park at specific time, but the time for this session is also very limited, only around 10-15 minutes per session per character. My sister and I didn’t get a chance to take a photo with whole Scooby doo characters, and it was so close, only two people ahead us! -_-

Anyway after lunch, the rain was still pouring, so we decided to ride the only indoor roller coaster ride, the spooky coaster/ Scooby doo coaster. At first I thought this ride was easy, because kids can also ride this. But then I realized that it’s really not that ‘kids’ coaster’ like I thought. It also has many surprising and terrifying part inside, I could not help but scream loudly all the way lol. But since I love the sensation of adrenaline boost, and I love roller coasters, this was super fuuun!!!

After the spooky coaster, my sister and I split up with my father, mother, and little sister, to get around this park and tried all the thrilling rides that my family will not ride hehe. After getting around the park, we decided to ride the green lantern coaster first. I really want to ride this sooo badly, but also freaking out at the same time. My heart was beating so fast, my palm turn as cold as ice, and yeah, shaking. But then, when I was done, it really not as scary as we thought.  The sensation it brought was just fun! I couldn’t help but thinking about taking this ride, again and again lol. After this ride, my adrenaline level was in top, and when my sister suggest us to directly ride the superman escape, I just said yes and here we go, the superman escape! This ride is actually has more thrilling and scarier rail, but the speed was just sooo fast. I could not feel it very much, even at the most scary part, because it’s just happened so fast and like passing through just like that lol. That’s why, personally I prefer the green lantern coaster. And as what I want, after the superman escape, we went back to the green lantern coaster, and ride it once again, super fun fun fun!

the superman escape XD

the green lantern coaster

Done with those two rides, we waked around to the back part of the park. This back part is much more quiet than the front and center part. And suddenly we found a sign of musholla/ prayer room for Muslims. We were just so surprised and happy, that was beyond our expectation to found a musholla here yeay! Then we walked further to the back to find one more attractive ride, the wild wild wet. This ride is basically the same with Niagara-gara in Dufan, but this one is more thrilling and more wet! we ride up higher than Niagara-gara and the big water fountain await after we slide down the ride! Huge wet. but thank God, we didn’t get so wet because before that we borrowed two raincoats from two other friends in our tour. We only get wet on front hair, my fringe to be specific, because stupidly I forgot to put on the hoodie on my raincoat -____-. At 3.30 pm shard, they held a parade of all the characters. We can see all the characters from DC comics ; batman, green lantern, cat woman, wonder woman, joker, etc, sccoby doo characters,  and looney tunes walking, dancing, and put some interesting shows at the center of the park. this part always be my favorite part from a theme park :). This parade was so amazing, especially at the part when the looney tune characters (bugs bunny, lola bunny, tweety, etc) do the shuffle dance! They do it very perfect, imagining that they do it inside the heavy and hot costumes ckck. Salute!

the handsome green lantern on the parade <3

Anyway, wet wet wild is the last ride we took here, not much, but super fun and definitely charge my spirit and mood to prepare for the long flight back to Indonesia tomorrow. This adventure close my journey in Australia for this time, but when I got chance, I will not think twice to come back to this lovely country.

Thank you so much Australia to treat me friendly, I love you, and insyaAllah will come back here again someday, amen! :)

Brisbane + Tangalooma <3

early morning at the third day, we catch a flight from Kingsford Smith airport Sydney to Brisbane. it took around 1.5 hours to reach Brisbane from Sydney. Brisbane is pretty much like industrial region, most of people are workers at industries, so my guide said there are not much to see in Brisbane. Brisbane is so much different from Sydney. while Sydney is a metropolitan city where people usually live in apartment due to its high density of population, people in Brisbane still live at houses rather than apartment, and most of the houses are made from wood, so it’s very interesting to see houses in Brisbane. One of the most famous places in Brisbane is Southbank Parkland. Southbank Parkland is a public park with its facilities (cafes, restaurants, playing ground, Ferris wheel), but the most interesting part about Southbank Parkland is the artificial beach made by the government, because Brisbane doesn’t have a natural beach. this artificial beach is actually very small, normal pool size in Jakarta. the water inside is water for pool, and although the beach is very small, it still has a lifeguard! safety always comes first here, salute!

Southbank Parkland :)

from Southbank Parkland we go directly to feel the farm and village situation in Aussie, Paradise country farm. this place is a touristic place providing an ultimate experience of farm environment in Aussie. they provide many shows, such as sheering fleece show, this show let us see the process of sheering sheep’s fur, Australian traditional tea making, show about how to do horseback riding, and the show of sheepdog’s action.  in this farm we can also feed kangaroos, and take a photograph with the super cute koalas. overall this farm has provided very exciting experiences to know Australian country environment :)

the sheep shearing show :)

me, my sis, and mr.kangaroo :D

back to the hotel at gold coast, we tried a famous ice cream brand, copenhagen. this ice cream is truly delicious, plus the big portion, so yuumm!! :9

creamy mouthwatering copenhagen ice cream :9 :9 :9

the next day is Tangalooma day! what is Tangalooma? Tangalooma is a resort island in Australia providing all leisure and holiday activities. the island is so beautiful, white sand, birds playing, fresh air, quiet atmosphere, shallow beach, and    silent wave are totally perfect environment for people seek for some relaxation. when i was there, the sun shines not so brightly, bit cloudy, only rain for a bit, so it is a perfect day to enjoy Tangalooma. plus, this island is not so crowded when i was there, maybe because we go at weekdays, perfect!

the beautiful Tangalooma island resort :)

there are many activities you can enjoy in Tangalooma. helicopter tour, parasailing, jetski riding, sand toboganing, and many more. i tried sand toboganing and ride a 4-wheel-drive bus. sand tobogaaning is sliding in a steep sand hill. this is quite thrilling and challenging, i need two times trial to get a success sliding :p, but still it’s a lot of fun! :)

at the night we can do the wild dolphin feeding. the dolphin is wild, but they come every night to be feed by people in Tangalooma. i think this is amazing, wild dolphins trust people in Tangalooma so much, they believe that people will not do any harm for them, that’s why they keep coming every night. Tangalooma resort do its best effort to keep this trust through many rules that tourists should obey to fee the dolphins. before feeding the dolphins we have to wash our both hands with sterilized water, and while we feed them, there is a strict rule that touching any part of the dolphin is prohibited, to avoid any wild reaction from the dolphins, because they are wild anyway.

wild dolphins gather so near from the beach :0

this island remind me so much about Belitung, Bali, Lombok, and other beautiful islands we have in Indonesia. one thing make a huge difference is the way we treat it. people in Tangalooma treasure their natural assets so much, while in Indonesia, still many people doesn’t care about keep our nature save. littering anywhere is one of the worst habit of people in Indonesia, and we really need to put it away. we may have many beautiful islands and places now, but if we still keep that bad habit, who knows that we may lost it few years from now?

let’s save and treasure our nature! :))

it’s Sydney Sydney Sydney! <3

last week i had a chance to travel abroad again, Alhamdulillah. i went to Australia; to sydney, brisbane, and gold coast to be exact, and this time i went there with my family through tour from a travel agencies.

many people don’t like to travel with tour, but for me, as i don’t know anything about aussie, and i traveled with my father and mother, i thought following a tour is the best choice i have, considering that i travel with my father and mother :). i actually want to update the stories everyday like i did in Korea, but the tight schedule and lack of free internet services precluded me to do so.

we didn’t take direct flight from jakarta to sydney, but instead we took a longer route, jakarta-singapore-sydney, due to unavailability of the direct flight schedule at that day. the longer route is truly exhausting, forced us to stay during the 9 hours tansit time in Changi airport Singapore. but anyway, no time to complain, it’s holiday!

finally we board around 8pm, Singapore time, with Qantas to Sydney! it took around 7 hours to reach Sydney, and believe me it’s not an easy journey, because of hard turbulence happened at first half of the flight. i’ve been through many flight journey before, but this one was truly make me freaking out. the first half time of the flight was to cross oceans around Indonesia, and my guess, it was raining at that time, it was truly a bad weather. but Alhamdulillah, nothing bad happened, except huge nauseous i had at the plane :p.

it’s already around 7 am local time when we arrived at Sydney, super excited. the agenda for today is directly go for a city tour in Sydney, without prepare and cleaning up at hotel first -__-. it’s actually one of the most effective and efficient way to travel (take night flight, sleep at the plane, and ready to travel at the next morning), but also not suitable for everyone. for parents and old people for example, this way is very exhausting, because airplane is one of the most uncomfortable place to sleep lol. anyway, though some people still seems sleepy, the show must go on! today we visit the Bondi beach, Opera House, Mrs.Macquaire’s chair, lunch at cruise around Opera House, shopping at Paddy’s market Sydney, and finally had a dinner at Delima Indonesian restaurant at Sydney.

the first mistake i did was choose the wrong clothes. march in Aussie means early autumn, so i assume that the weather will be pretty much the same with Indonesia, and damn, big mistake, totally wrong assumption, Sydney is so windy and damn cold for me! the weather is around 18-25 degrees in celsius, and although the sun shines bright, the wind is still as cold as the coldest wind in Jakarta, no, it’s even colder! -__-. so i put a jacket on, and we’re ready to go!

Bondi beach is a beautiful beach, with the white sand, kids running and playing, people grab a morning coffee after jogging, and birds! yeah we can see many birds flying and walking freely at the sand, without worrying of being shoot or killed by people around :p. this beach is actually inspired the making of Baywatch film, with all the handsome lifeguards lol. i wish i could enjoy Bondi beach longer, but due to the tight schedule from the tour, and the killing wind, we only spent half an hour to take photographs and enjoy the sceneries :).

kids running at the Bondi beach :)

Mrs.Macquaire’s chair is a best spot to take photograph of the iconic Opera House. it doesn’t actually seem like a chair, but more like a half-sculpted cave hehe.

my family! <3

Paddy’s market is a famous traditional market in Sydney, it sells groceries, souvenirs, until clothes. australian made until china made. unfortunately, it only opens from wednesday-sunday, until 5pm. i think it’s a must place to see when you go to Sydney, like its tagline said, you haven’t been to markets, ‘til you’ve been to Paddy’s :p.

Paddy’s market <3

Sydney is beautiful, with all beautiful buildings, seas, places, and people! yeah i do think there are so many things we can follow from Australian. i may only knew a bit because of my very short period of stay, but during my stay, i can say that Australian are honest, kind, friendly, and helpful. their obedience of rules are also high, which i think help Australia to become a developed country like it is now.

my second day is a free day from a tour schedule, so me and my family decided to take a city tour around places passed by the monorail route. we visited Queen Victoria Building (QVB), a famous shopping mall in Sydney, with cool castle-style architecture, but i think many shopping malls in Jakarta are much bigger and more luxurious than QVB lol. the next place we visited was Sydney Tower, it’s one of the landmark of Sydney, like other cities in the world (Namsan tower in Seoul, Monas in Jakarta), and it also has the same function, which we can go to the top of the tower and enjoy the landscape of whole city. Sydney tower is located in the heart of Sydney, easily reached by monorail, you can stop at City Centre station and ask for directions to people around :p. and yeah Sydney tower, the landscape and view of whole Sydney are very beautiful.

we spent the evening of second day walking around Darling harbourside Sydney.  it can be reached by monorail, stop at Darling Park station, walking through Pyrmont bridge, or directly stop at Harbourside station. this place is very clean and beautiful, i would love to sit  there and enjoying the night view :). we had a dinner at the famous pancake restaurant in Sydney, Pancakes on the rocks. this restaurant is so famous, my mother’s friends even asked her personally to eat at this restaurant. of course we tried the pancake, and yeah it’s just sooooooooooo delicious! it’s the most delicious pancake i’ve ever eat! you really should try if you have chance to visit Sydney :)

the famous Pancakes on the rocks!

beautiful Darling harbourside night view :)

and to conclude my adventure in Sydney, i highlighted few interesting facts about Aussie in general and Sydney for specific:

1. the living cost in Australia is very very expensive, especially for Indonesian college student’s standard like me. the exchange rate for Australian Dollar (AUD) is now higher than American Dollar, almost reach Rp 10.000 per AUD. food is very expensive, fish and chips can cost around 7-15 AUD in regular place, not to mention touristic places. if you convert it to Rupiahs, it would be very expensive. to get a full meal like rice or steak, it would be more expensive, around 18+ AUD per meal! thank God the tap water is safe to drink, so we don’t have to buy mineral water everytime. me and my sister had a thought that if only both of us travel here, we will not buy anything to eat and starving lol. so as food, transportations are also very expensive here.

2. the Asian population is Australia is huge! many Asian students study here, including Indonesian students. during my time in Sydney, i saw lots of Asian, Chinese and Korean live here. and yeah, korean wave is approaching here too! i can see many stores sell korean stuffs, especially clothes, and even a shop for K-Pop stuffs!

3. this actually applied for any place, including Indonesia. many people wants to get to know the locals in their trip. that is good, travels will never complete without getting to know locals. but just one thing to remember, keep awake and cautious about which locals should be approached, which are not. we could not deny that bad people will always exist everywhere, even in the safest place. trust heart and instincts, when it says no, the don’t. keep safety in the first place ;). in Sydney my sis was approached by a guy, his looks was quite suspicious, and yeah after chatted for a while he acted freak and bit scary, but thank God finally he’s gone -___-

anyway, Sydney is cool! but still many places to visit! next will be brisbane and gold coast, excited!

The last post of my summer 2011 :’)

Yey finally I’m back in Jakarta! Time flies by so fast. 6 weeks in Korea has passed in a blink of an eye. Great memories, great experiences, great people and great places, I’m surely gonna treasure it, deep down in my heart.

Finally I made a post in english! This is the last post, and a tribute for all my amazing friend in Korea, thanks for everything! ;)

This story began at July 18th, 2011 when I arrived at Incheon airport, for the first time. I tried to relax and no nervous, but my heart keep beating fast when my imagination flew, is there any people from ewha will pick me up? How if there’s no one? What should I do?

And thank God, my imagination stayed imagination. I saw two pretty girls holding a board with my name, standing patiently for me! Songmi and Jinhwa, both of them were my first friend when I arrived Seoul :’).

Songmi, External Relations VP for AIESEC Ewha, is a very kind person. Her english is quite good, and we had a great conversation on the train until home. Songmi, thanks to you, I had a good first impression about Seoul :). Eventhough both of us didn’t have many chance to meet and talk, everytime I saw Songmi, she’s still as kind and generous as my first day. She’s like a santa claus to me, because everytime we meet at a meeting or she just passed by, she always buy some present for us, like drinks, cookies, and anything. Thanks so much Songmi, ur support do means a lot for me! :)

Jinhwa. Hong Jinhwa. My first impression of her was a girl with a very cute face. She is so young, she is like a little sister for me. As time passed by and we worked together for Greenism, I know that she is a girl that always give her best for everything. And also a very funny girl! I still remember on my first day, she still had difficulties to communicate in english, but now, I can say that she has improved, a lot! I’m happy to see you improved, ure such a good girl. Keep learning! I had such a great time in ur house, with ur family, even though only for 2 days, I can feel that u r raised in a loving family, that has formed u like now, I guess. Thanks for all Jinhwa.

My first day in Greenism, I met the lovely OCP, Park Taeyi. I still remember how I keep troubling and terrorizing Taeyi for this project. How I always troubling you in facebook and email, but u r so understanding and patient to me, I’m so happy to have an OCP like you! :). ‘do you wanna die?’ is her  signature words. no one can say it the way Taeyi did. i miss these words even now! :)). and after lots of things we’ve been through together in this lovely project, i can surely say that Taeyi is a very kind and understanding leader, i’ve grown my respect to you by your personality! i know for sure that you will be a great leader in the future! Thanks for your humor, kindness, patience, help, patience, and your words! :p. and anyway, she loves kids so much, i can guarantee that. an ideal type of a wife, i guess ;)

Hwang Heewon. her english name is Lydia, and she loves it so much. she always want me to call her by her english name, but i love your Korean name! :p. when she contacted me through facebook before i came, i thought she is a tall and skinny girl. but then, i was wrong. she is a petite little girl, just like me :p. and the funny thing is, she also thought that i am a tall girl, but the she was wrong too lol! she is one of my most supportive friend in Korea. somehow she made me comfortable and accepted with her funny gestures, her actions, her words, and all. we always be a best friend in some weird actions lol. and her aegyo! i definitely miss it! anyway, aegyo is a kind of cute style in saying something. Heewon is really good at it. kidding! i know you didn’t mean to do it :p. thanks for everything, i’m glad to meet you at Korea :))

Hyeongseng Rady Kim. lots of stories about her name, but finally i can remember and call her Korean name correctly at my last few weeks in Korea. i met her on my first Greenism meeting, and i couldn’t remember her Korean name. i asked for her english name, but she didn’t have one, so she made it right away! at first she chose andy as her english name (andy was a print at her t-shirt at that time lol) but then she changed it to ann. hmmm it’s quite easy to remember yey! but after my first week, she changed it again to Rady, thank God this is her final english name :D. Rady is the only one OC has the same age like me, and she is a very kind girl. she always try to speak english when i was around, thanks so much, it really means a lot for me! we also stayed at her house in Suncheon for 2 nights road campaign. her family was very kind, we made kimbap and rapokki there! she’s good at cooking, thanks for teaching me how to make kimbap!

Chaehyun, or i used to call her Hyoni. Hyoni was my house-mate, and i’m so glad that i have her at the house. she help me a lot. eventhough she was busy with english course at my first month, she always try to help me. she help me to communicate with the house-mother, accompany me to go to many places, and even treat me an ice cream! thanks for being such a great friend Hyoni, i’m lucky to have you as my house-mate! she also accompanied me to the airport at the last day. she woke up so early and help me with all my luggages, thanks a lot Hyoni, couldn’t imagine how can i go to the airport without your help ;). let’s go travel to Bali together, i will show you the great and beautiful Indonesia :))

Jeong Jiwon, or Angela, was my EP mom. two years younger, but truly care and love me like my own sister. a beautiful and multi talented girl. great at English, almost fluent at Japanese, studying Spanish, and native Korean, wow! since my first day met her until i go back, she’d never stop to care and try to make me feel comfortable. thanks for your patience and kindness, i can survive 6 weeks, less lonely :p. i’m grateful to have an EP mom like you, thanks for everything, you know i love you kdkdkdkd :p

Namkoong Min. Min onnie. a fashion design student at Ewha. the only one onnie i have in this project. kind, patient, and funny. she always try her best in everything she do. always busy at most of the time, she even handled more than 1 event beside this project! but eventhough she was busy with other events, she always give her best to this project. great taste of humor, funny gestures, and actually she doesn’t look like a Korean girl lol! thanks for being such a great onnie and a great friend, and for the milk tea! i love you! :))

Soram. an artistic girl. she help me a lot through the project, especially for the education sessions at the centre and the library. she couldn’t join the road campaign, so i couldn’t meet her before i went home, too bad :(. but it’s such a pleasure to meet you and work with you! thanks for all your help and kindness, it really means a lot for me! and i still impressed with you artistic talent and your ability to use your both right and left hands very well, great! :))

Ivy. my partner. a Malaysian girl. before she came, i was the only one EP in this project and a bit feel lonely. after she came, i can feel my work a lot easier. i didn’t have to conduct the sessions for kids by myself anymore, i didn’t have to feel lonely in my room at night, and i was not the only one person didn’t understand Korean lol. we shared a small room, and i’m glad that she really understand me, my habit, and all. thanks for everything, for your help, your understanding, your patience, and everything. glad to have you as my partner and my room-mate! ;)

Suyeon. a very cute and super kind girl. International Relations Director at AIESEC EWHA. i always feel happy when i met her, because she never put her smile off her face. it brings a lot of good mood to your surroundings, thanks! :). i still remember how you always smile, only said good things, and always work! you need rest, Suyeon! :). Skype please!! still so many things to talk with you, work and outside work ;). I really love Vanessa’s farewell party, when we had a long great talk, with green tea papingsoo and waffle! thanks for everything Suyeon, i’m so glad to meet you! :)

you guys are all different, but one thing for sure, I LOVE YOU GUYS, A LOT! and i will miss you, and all the time we spent together! :)

there are still lots of great people i met in Korea, but maybe i can not describe them one by one. i met many other EPs from other LC, many other Korean AIESECers, and Korean non AIESECers lol.

finally my first journey in Korea ended at 28th August 2011. such a short 6 weeks, but i believe i will come back to have my second, third, forth, etc journey in Korea, amen.

one thing for sure, i had so many amazing experiences in Korea, and i definitely in love with this country. thanks for all the amazing experiences, amazing places, and amazing people! i will come back to visit you, soon!!! :))

day 42: D-1!

hari terakhir di Seoul! masih ada beberapa tempat yang belum gw kunjungin dan bakal penasaran banget kalo cuma diem di rumah. tapi berhubung lia udah pulang, ivy udah pernah kesana, dan anak2 Seoul yang lain sibuk semua, ya go show aja jalan sendiri lagi. daripada penasaran kan! :P

supermarket halal assured :D

halal meat shop yes!

saya dan patung King Sejon. mission accomplished! :))

Gyeongbukgung Palace! indah banget! :)

Admiral Yi lagi ngejagain anak2 main air hehe

ngga jauh dari Gwanghamun Square ada bagian paling ujung sekaligus bagian paling  cantik dari Changgyecheon stream. mungkin masih pada inget cerita saya yang kecewa gara2 Changgyecheon yang pertama saya lihat terlihat tidak terawat, kalo disini jelas tidak mengecewakan. tepat seperti gambaran saya. air terjun kacil, air jernih, terawat, dan banyak orang duduk nyelupin kaki di pinggirannya yey! saya langsung ndeprok aja ambil posisi, dan nyelup kaki, wih seger banget! enak banget ini buat ngelamun, sayangnya banyak couple dimana2 jadi siap2 aja pemandangannya agak kurang enak HAHAHA. saya disini cukup lama, sekitar 30-45 menit, dan Changgyecheon bagian Gwanghamun Square is definitely my favourite spot at Seoul! harus balik lagi kesini, sama suami juga boleh hihi <3

the beautiful and peaceful Changgyecheon Stream

selesai dari Changgeyecheon, saya balik ke ewha buat shopping terakhir, cari oleh2 nyokap, dan ketemuan buat farewell dinner terakhir sama jiwon my EP mom dan hyoni. kita makan steamed chicken gitu. menurut gw ini rasanya mirip banget semur ayam pake bihun, makanya enak banget! hehe. lanjut makan fruit pingsoo yang udah diidam idamkan sejak dulu kala, akhirnya kesampean juga di malem terakhir, alhamdulillah! :))

steamed chicken. lezaaatttt!

fruit pingsoooooooo!!! :9 :9

tiba juga saatnya perpisahan! ga seemosional di turki sih, mungkin saya udah lebih dewasa kali yak hehe. ga pake nangis nih, sedih sih, tapi yakin insyaAllah bisa ketemu lagi kok, amin!

ga berasa banget 6 minggu di Seoul. penuh warna warni, sedih seneng excited demot moody, semuanya kejadian. tapi alhamdulillah semuanya bakal jadi memori manis yang akan selalu gw kenang. makasih makasih makasih buat semuanya, South Korea! thanks for treating me so well. you know i love you. not as much as my country, but yes i do love you! :p <3

doain bagasi saya ga overload ya teman2 <3

see you soon in Jakarta! kangen!

day 41: D-2!

hari ini saya jadi anak sehat! setelah kemaren ngga sahur dan lemes seharian, hari ini saya sahur banyak! saya masak mi goreng indomi 2 bungkus, plus nugget ayam, pisang, minuman probiotik semacam yakult, dan chocopie! gilaaaakkk haha. sebenernya ini pertama kali saya masak indomi goreng sendiri full dari awal sampe akhir, jadi bangga hahahaha :p

indomi goreng pertama saya. jangan ketawa! :p

ketemu su yeon cuma bentar aja, karena dia juga mau lanjut ke tempat lesinggrisnya. sedih sih, su yeon kan baiiik banget, seru banget kalo punya temen kaya dia di indonesia haha. setelah peluk2an dan foto2, kita pisah :(. not a goodbye, just see you later ;))

tuna kimchi soup! :)

pas pulang saya masih sempet2nya beli es krim, lagi! haha lagian es krim disini terlihat menarik semua, dan emang rasanya juga enak banget. dan harganya juga ga terlalu mahal, sering diskon. gimana ga makan tiap hari coba? ;p

besok hari terakhir saya disini! mau ke itaewon, foto di gwanghamun, liat changgyecheon river, dan dinner sama hyoni, jiwon dan ivy! my last farewell party :(

harus packing yeah! doain lancar terus yah, makasih :)) <3

day 36-37: busan!

yak saya sukses dilempar -___-
selesai main di pantai, capek basah kuyup, dan menggigil, kita jalan kaki basah2an ke guest house buat mandi di public bath. nyampe public bath dan buka baju, buset itu baju isinya pasir semua! untung guest house ini juga nyediain jasa cuci, jadi alhamdulillah ga udah nyuci sendiri hihi. public bath itu seru! apalagi bagian berendem air panasnya, beuh relaks pol! rasanya ga pengen keluar dari air panasnya hehe. saking relaksnya, abis public bath ga tahan lagi ngantuk banget. jadilah saya tidur sampe waktu buka puasa yey! buka puasa kali ini kita makan makanan khas busan, kerang bakar! walaupun di indonesia sering makan kerang, saya belum pernah makan yang kaya gini. jadi kita manggang kerangnya dulu, abis itu dicopotin dari cangkangnya dan dimasukin ke cheese+bawang bombay yang juga dibakar, jadi mirip cheese fondue gitu. ini seriusan sedap banget! :9. emang agak mahal sih, tapi super worth it!kerang bakar+cheese fondue, sedap luar biasa! <3
karena porsinya ga terlalu banyak, kita lanjut makan es krim, main drinking game di pinggir pantai, dan dorebang lagi! haha. abis dorebang anak2 pengen minum. jadi mereka beli minuman dan saya beli banana milk, kita nongkrong di pasir sambil liat lampu2 gwangalli yang cakep banget, dan curhat macem2. girls’ night! :)
gwangalli beach at night :))
abis dinner kita lanjut ke tempat main gitu. kaya tempat karoke, tapi ini ga cuma karaoke, bisa main wii juga, bisa internetan, nonton film, dll. disini saya pertama kali main wii, seru banget! jadi pengen punya tapi ga mungkin dibolehin huhu. eh tau tau kok anak2 pada bawa kue ke dalem ruangan! katanya farewell party saya, duh terharu :’)
saya dan kue farewell party saya. duh sedih :’(
sampe guest house suasana farewell masih berasa. kita juga niat ngga tidur malem ini, karena saya heewon jiwon dan ivy harus ngejar kereta super pagi balik ke seoul, daripada ketiduran kan? haha. jadinya kita main rolling paper sambil minum makan. rolling paper ini kaya nulis kesan pesan atau apapun yang mau ditulis buat orang yang namanya ada di kertas depan kita, trus ntar diputer terus sampe akhirnya nyampe ke kita lagi. tadinya kita mau bikin policy ga boleh dibaca sampe sendirian aja, tapi akhirnya ga tahan dan dibaca saat itu juga. duh saya sukses mewek, emang dasar terlalu sentimentil -___-. but i do love all my friends here! thanks for everything!! :))
our rolling paper, with our signature sentences :p
jam 5.20 langsung cabut naik taksi ke stasiun dan menempuh perjalanan 5 jam ke seoul. road campaign finished, and greenism is also officially finished. what a great project, great friends, great places, alhamdulillah! im so grateful that i have chance to join this project. thanks thanks thanks so much! :* :* <3

day 34-35: daegu!

-

campaign kami di subway station daegu!

pembagian biji bunga. let’s fight global warming! :)

jinhwa’s appa and us. cheers!! :))

salah satu makanan temen minum. kepompong ulat! iuuuhh! saya sih ga nyoba hahahahaha :D

day 40: nami island!

sampe nami island! pula yang famous banget gara2 drama korea winter sonata, bae yong jun! dan bener aja, di petanya aja udah ada spot winter sonata first kiss, gallery photo winter sonata, bahkan patung tokoh utamanya lagi pelukan! walah. sebenernya gw juga ga nonton ini drama sih, cuma denger2 aja. tapi emang nami island indah banget, berkat jejeran cherry tree-nya. kalo spring dan autumn bakal lebih indah lagi gara2 daunnya jadi coklat dan merah. wow! karena ini lagi summer, jadinya daunnya ijo semua, tapi tetep indah banget :))

winter sonata photo gallery! :)

the famous statue of winter sonata!

bis ngebawa kita balik lagi ke insadong. pas ini gw udah pegel luar biasa gila2an dan ga santai. mungkin karena akumulasi dari kecapekan hari2 sebelumnya dan ga cukup istirahat, plus hari ini saya skip sahur, pulang dari nami saya sukses banget lemes ga karuan, rasanya udah mau pingsan aja, but show must go on! yuk mari semangat!

dari insadong balik lagi ke ewha station. saya dan lia berencana lanjut beli2 makanan buat oleh2 orang rumah. di deket dorm lia ada supermarket murah, jadi kita kesana. tapi itu jalannya bener2 cobaan dunia banget, naik berpuluh tangga, udah macam mendaki gunung duh. tapi akhirnya dapet semuanya, dan ga usah mikirin oleh2 lagi. alhamdulillah hehe. hari ini saya buka bales dendam. tajilnya es krim semangka dan es krim ikan, trus jajan tempura dan oden pinggir jalan. sedap! alhamdulillah :9

tajil saya hari ini! :)

es krim semangka! bentuknya unyu rasanya dahsyat! :9

besok mau ketemu anak2 LC, another farewell party yeah! duh sedih pasti, semoga ga mewek deh hehe amin

oke saatnya istirahat. semoga ga skip sahur lagi. plis banget doain saya bisa bangun sahur, ga lagi2 deh puasa ga sahur gitu, lemesnya ga santai!

thanks! <3

day 39: another huge and tiring day!

foto hanbok kedua bersama lia. unyuuuuuuuwwww! :3

ok, another huge and tiring day! harus cepet tidur karena besok bangun luar biasa pagi buat nami island. ga ada kata telat, harus pasang alarm lebih dari satu tampaknya haha.

doain saya bisa bangun pagi ya besok! thanks! <3
